How couples use these floor plans

The annotated floor plans above give planners and couples the precise dimensions needed to design a layout — table arrangements for plated dinners, dance-floor placement, ceremony-to-reception transitions, vendor load-in routes, and ADA-accessible flow paths through the building. The PDFs are designed to be shared with caterers, florists, rental companies, and DJs.

Our seven event spaces work both independently and in combination, depending on guest count and event flow. A 60-guest wedding might use The Parlor for cocktails, the Courtyard for ceremony, and The Great Hall for dinner — moving guests intentionally through the building. A 150-guest celebration typically uses The Great Hall for full reception with the Courtyard reserved for outdoor ceremony.

Planning your layout

Pair these floor plans with our spaces and capacity guide to match each room to your guest count and event type. The menu page includes service-style notes (plated, family-style, stations) that affect table footprint, and our sample wedding timelines show how couples move guests between spaces during the day.

For couples planning elopements or micro-weddings, the floor plans help identify the right intimate room (typically The Penthouse, The Parlor, or The Cavern) without needing the full building. For larger weddings, the plans clarify how the courtyard, second-floor lounges, and main event spaces connect to support 100–200+ guests.

Vendors who haven't worked at Stone House before — particularly tenting companies, lighting designers, and large-scale rental providers — should download these plans early in their site survey. Most return with a clean install plan after a single walkthrough with the floor plans in hand. Our preferred vendor list includes suppliers who already know the building and can move efficiently.
