Hourly buyouts for teams & celebrations
- Full building from $1,000/hour, four-hour minimum.
- Single room from $500/hour, three-hour minimum.
- Peak December Saturdays require a six-hour minimum for full building hire.
- In-house seed-oil-free catering and bar packages available on request.

Final pricing depends on date, guest count, F&B scope, and spaces. Share a few details and we’ll map the right package — no obligation. Most corporate and holiday clients book a single room or partial building for dinners of 40–120, or the full building when they want the courtyard and Great Hall together. Catering, bar, and coordinator add-ons are quoted separately once we know your timing and headcount.
